• As Head of A&R, I oversee the A&R operations in day-to-day activities and long-term planning.

• Under my guidance, thirty artists from fourteen cities in seven countries have signed with Disrupción Records.

• I developed nine unique imprints based on various genres and identities.

• I give the artist and the related imprint head feedback about their release.

• As a team, we identified different channels for discovering talent through an open-source application form.

• We received over thirty submissions, all of which I reviewed, and we sorted them into possible signings and sync opportunities. 

• I engaged in artistic development and A&R feedback for over twenty summer releases.
